I help sensitive, stressed, overwhelmed souls heal chronic symptoms through somatic healing, mindfulness and compassionate support.

For 18 years, I’ve guided hundreds of individuals to make positive change in their health and lives. I draw from a background of health coaching, intuitive energy work, somatic practices, and yoga to help you tune into the innate wisdom of your body to transform stress into a feeling of safety. Together, we’ll calm your nerves and nourish your whole self so that you confidently achieve a more peaceful, easy feeling.
