For 17 years, I’ve guided soulful women (and a few good men) to make positive change in their health and lives. I draw from a background of holistic nutrition, yoga, somatic practices, keen intuition and transformational coaching to help guide you to tune into the innate wisdom of your body to release stagnant energy and chronic stress. Together, we’ll calm your nervous system and nourish your whole self so that you make more empowered choices which ultimately lead to a more peaceful, easy feeling.
