I offer a holistic approach to healing.

All parts of you – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual – are interconnected and therefore must be given equal attention and care. The body especially holds so much untapped wisdom if you’re disconnected from it.

I draw from a background of holistic nutrition, yoga, intuitive energy healing and transformational coaching to help guide you to tune into the innate wisdom of your body, release stagnant energy and achieve more balance and serenity.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for self-discovery and transformation.

I work very organically with my clients and will intuitively lead you in discovering the path which works best for you. I’ve been told that I make people feel at ease during the process and my clients feel light, positive and hopeful after their sessions with me.

My philosophy is that you have the power to take control of your health and your life! It all begins with accepting the truth of who you are, discovering what you deeply desire and finding the steps toward living the magnificent life you deserve.

HOW IT WORKS

Private sessions are for those who are new to my services as well as existing clients who would like a tune-up.

If it’s your first time booking a holistic coaching session, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire prior to our call so we can use our time together efficiently. Most clients find that this prep work helps them gain clarity even before the call, so you’ll get a head start on your progress. The session will include discussion of your concerns and goals, a guided energy healing meditation, channeled insight and helpful resources. This session will give you clarity on your next best action steps as well as other possible paths you may take to reach your goals, including ongoing work with me if we’re a good fit to continue on together.

Please note that all sessions are virtual, all sales are final (no refunds). Sessions must be rescheduled 24 hrs in advance or the session is forfeited. Thank you for your cooperation!
